New 8-inch water mains will replace the existing, deteriorated 6-inch cast iron water mains. Water main improvements consist of the installation of approximately 3,400 linear feet of 8-inch Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water main.

The proposed storm sewer improvements consist of installing approximately 1000 linear feet of 12-inch to 18-inch storm sewer to improve storm water conveyance, within the project limits.

The sanitary sewer improvements consist of repairs of sections of sanitary pipe, along with lining the entire sanitary sewer via trenchless repair methods, as part of the FY 2018 Sewer Lining contract.

Pavement reconstruction improvements consist of the complete removal of the existing concrete pavement and replacement with new asphalt pavement, as well as replacement of the existing curb and gutter.
