The prospective developer of the former Hart estate at the southwest corner of Willow and Pfingsten roads intends to request tonight, Thursday, September 26, that the Plan Commission's review be continued to its next meeting, Thursday, October 10, in order to give the applicant time to revise the plans further.
GW Properties, the contract purchaser, filed an application earlier this year requesting approval of a final site plan review to construct a new retail and residential development on the 8.5-acre site.
At its September 10 meeting, Plan Commissioners requested that the proposed Willow Road access be limited to a right-in/right-out design. The prospective developer indicated further revisions to the proposal were being considered.
While the Plan Commission intends to convene its regularly scheduled meeting at 7 tonight, the only action scheduled is to formally continue the Hart case and others to future meetings.
