Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against The Glen Redevelopment Project, the Village of Glenview, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Glenview, their officers, employees, agents, attorneys or other representatives, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made of The Glen Redevelopment Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County, Illinois.
