The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has initiated preliminary engineering and environmental studies for Willow Road as it runs between Waukegan Road and the Edens Expressway. As the study proceeds, there will be several avenues for public input, including a formal Community Advisory Group (CAG) process, public meetings, and public hearings.
